and admitted our mistake, and B of A offered to waive any bank fees. Our messages left on [redacted]'s phone have reflected our responsibility for this error, and an opportunity to reimburse her for any other expenses we're not aware of.

I returned Al's call and it took them for me to file this claim for them to respond! I still have not received a full refund to my account. I don't want this to happen to other customers. Very unprofessional.

I am rejecting this response because:
 That's why I'm reporting this business because I always contact them to find out why is it that they're charging me different amounts in my monthly payments and they give me just excuses as to why they raised up my monthly payments such as the  state of Illinois raised up something that I really don't remember. When I'm a candidate for lower payments because of my low miles yearly and they didn't contacted me on December 5, like the stated in the answered of this complaint.Thanks,[redacted]

State farm has contacted me and confirmed would return the money to me only through the dispute process via credit card. The dispute is not closed yet. If it was not solved as expected the case will be reopened.

I am rejecting this response because:  At first I was offered an electronic refund $232 on July 25th via telephone when I spoke with [redacted] ,then [redacted] called July 26th and stated  that the previous offer was retracted and a mail refund was instituted.  I don't trust anyone at State farm until I actually receive and cash my refund that State Farm drafted out of my account due to their agent mistake or incompetence. State farm has offered a lot of promises but are yet to deliver on any of them. PS.  I am attaching the document that the statefarm agent denied sending to my new insurance on the day I called to cancel with statefarm.

I am rejecting this response because: this is the same letter they send every time and all they have done is changed the dates on the letter. They have not contacted me or tried to work with me. I am keeping all letters they have sent and all emails and will file a claim against them in court if they do not try and work with me. This is really poor business on their part.
