I am rejecting this response because:
According to this response, State Farm responded on the 16th.  To date, I have yet to receive any contact from them, other than this and a phone call telling me I would be receiving a response.  Having contacted State Farm at Marina Heights in Tempe Arizona and received no response, having contacted State Farm Headquarters in Bloomington and received no response, having emailed the CEO twice and received no response, and now having still received no response despite claims to the contrary, this complaint must remain active until such time as I have received a formal response that at the very least explains why I had to go to these lengths just to obtain some assurance that the problem had been rectified.

Revdex.com:I've gotten calls from them saying they'd like to "explain the charges to me" and "answer any questions" I might have, like I'm an it who doesn't know they are just going to bt me on the phone and waste my time. So since car insurance is basically a scam because everyone has to have it, because everyone has to have a car to lead a normal life, since this is the sort of world I live in, I will cave and pay the stupid fee somehow. Not even sure I'll have the money in my bank account when the time comes, but screw it, that's life. Thanks for trying, guys.

I am rejecting this response because:
As much as I would like to accept the business response it is not possible to do so. If I did they would once again bury the claim like they did before. And this isn’t gonna happen. I would like the leak to be fixed. I was NOT leaking before the accident and it now is. Wear on seals is not a valid answer because even if they were worn they wear sealing fine before the accident and now they are not. I want this repaired. Also the stabilizer bar under the vehicle got shifted over or damaged in the accident that state farm is denying wasn’t claim related. First off the stabilizer bar is to keep the vehicle stable. There is no possible way that it can be shifted or damaged by itself without the help of impact. I would like this claim to be handled by someone else instead of Denise Chandler. 80% of the stuff she has told me and my father has been pure lies. 8/25 she says she will call me back on 8/28 and never did. She called me and my father on 9/22 and stated she would call us back and to this date 9/30 we haven’t received any phone calls. The letter that she dated 9/8 was also filled with pure lies. I have also tried getting a copy of the alignment report that was done when my vehicle when it was repaired and State Farms select body shop has yet to provide it with me I connected them at the end of july and in September and nothing. I want my vehicle to be repaired, the alignment report and a cash settlement to close the claim and the case with both the state and Revdex.com. This claim has now been active since and an issue for 6.5 month I was a remedy for the problems.

I am rejecting this response because: none of it is true.  There was no agreement or even a follow up.  The person that called and told me that she had called before and apologized.  But she didn't.  She said a supervisor would contact me.  All I got was this email from Carey Tanaka, my agent, stating to take my business elsewhere.  See attached.  A supervisor never called.  I never got an apology.  I still do not know why they called at 5 AM.
