March3, 2017To Whom it May Concern:In regards to your response,  I am rejecting it because none of my issues were addressed.  First of all, I asked that State Farm Headquarters handle this matter.  I got a phone call from a lady that said she was with the Claims Department, not headquarters, and all she did was repeat the same lies that everyone else has been doing since State Farm opened this illegal claim.  Second, attached is the voicemail I received from a Claims Manager named, Brittney, stating the clear facts that my conversation with the claims department (which originally I was unknowingly transferred to them by my local State Farm insurance agent ) was for information only and it was not for opening a claim.  I would suggest that you listen to the voicemail.Third, NEVER in my entire life have I been so mistreated by a company such as State Farm has treated me.  I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years with State Farm, never have had to open a claim, or never had one opened against me.  Finally, State Farm has made a huge mistake by illegally opening this claim for whatever reason (maybe to meet your quotas for the month) and refuse to admit that you have made this mistake and own up to it.  One of your agents have made this mistake and I expect State Farm Headquarters to clear this matter up immediately.  I will not be having any further telephone conversations with the claims department because they are nothing but deceitful and argumentative regarding this matter because they cannot admit they made this mistake.  Any further communications must be in writing.The attached voice recording should clear up this matter permanently.  I want this matter cleared up as soon as possible.  And I also have NOT received my letters of apologies, I will be expecting those as well.    Regards,[redacted]

I have gone to their office and talked to my agent Jason, and he explained things pretty well to me so I understand.

I am rejecting this response because:
I am following up on a previous complaint that was closed before I was able to respond to the "lie" told by State Farm Insurance (Complaint #12354313). I haven't received a call from anyone. I am still waiting to hear from Kevin P[redacted] or Jessie [redacted] who was responsible for issuing this refund [redacted] I still haven't received the checks that the company claims are still outstanding. Funny they were sent from Illinois to Connecticut in August, still nothing. I contacted my bank, Bank of America, and they reversed both transactions as unauthorized charge backs for a total of $505.08. I received confirmation that the payment removed in August has been considered permanent by the bank as I sent an email from Kevin stating the policy would be cancelled effective 6/29/17. The first unauthorized payment was debited from my account 6/30/17. The second payment which was how I noticed this company was still taking money from my account was 8/1/17. I was issued credit from my bank and this is considered an unauthorized transaction. The 1st payment dated 6/30/17 is still pending further investigation. I also tried to go to the message center from my online State Farm account to forward the actual letter to my bank in addition to the email from the agent stating the policy was cancelled effective 6/29/17, but the account has been locked and I no longer have access. No one from this company has tried to contact me at all. I have decided to stop wasting my time with the agent, Kevin [redacted], who is never available but will drive to your house when he wants you to start a new policy. I also noticed an increase in Jessie [redacted]'s PTO time since I've been calling to resolve this issue. I called the company's 800# and was advised by a customer service representative that I would make out better if I allowed them to issue the request for a call back as it would show a log if the agent attempted to reach me or not...still nothing!!!!!If this company and or agent, who always gives me the run around, could contact Bank of America and advise the June 29th charge back is valid and should be made a "PERMANENT UNAUTHORIZED CHARGE", the issue would be resolved. I really don't care to hear from the company or the agent. It seems they are all full of lies. I would just be glad to move on from this issue and never use their service again once they stop acting like money hungry thieves!!!!!!!!!!!!

State Farm contacted me, however they still forget that the claim was processed under the guy who hit me, not my policy. Therefore, they owe me for diminished value of my vehicle. I was told the only way to prove diminished value is to sell my vehicle, which is preposterous. I have a vehicle that had ~200 miles on it when hit. Nobody in their right mind would give me full trade in value once seeing it was wrecked on CarFax. Revdex.com - please take a stand and stop big insurance companies from doing this to innocent individuals like myself. This is another form of insurance fraud - against the individual.
