I am rejecting this response because:We have not "reached a resolution" yet - State Farm owes us $500 for the claim and has not yet paid it.   Only after we receive payment would we be able to evaluate if a resolution has been made with State Farm.  There is still the issue that State Farm LOST our claim and was rude to me until I filed a complaint with the Revdex.com.  I do not consider that good business practice.  Again, we are still waiting for our $500 reimbursement.  This has caused, and continues to cause, a great deal of strain for our family financially.

A response has still not been given as to why the original desk adjuster/claim owner, Keith Kennedy, never made any contact with policy holders [redacted]/[redacted] or with [redacted]. For seven weeks straight beginning on May15, several messages...

were left by [redacted] and [redacted] to inquire about the claim process, requesting an additional hotel room,   make requests for Spanish-speaking field adjuster, and later, requests for a change in mitigation company as there were several issues with Service Master. I was informed that desk adjusters/claim owners are to initiate contact and assist with and questions and requests that the policy holder may have.  Mr. Kennedy never attempted to make any contact. Not one phone call, letter, fax, e-mail, nothing, no contact of any kind. This lack of communication caused unnecessary stress, frustration, and suffering between the 5 members of our household during what should have been a simple, straightforward process. There was so much confusion from the very beginning, being assigned two separate housing accommodation companies at the same time  ( [redacted] and [redacted]) to not having any mitigation work being done despite the fact that [redacted] charged for an extensive amount of work that never happened. We have 5 members in our household including one of the policy holders that sleep in a hospital bed. This behavior continued even after this Revdex.com complaint was filed when the current adjuster refused to call the phone number left on his voicemail for over a week.   Campos-Prado

I am rejecting this response because:I did not advise I was satisfied.  I was o only advised the check was being cut and mailed. There was no response regarding the amount of time it took to complete the request or the interest my funds accrued while they held my funds.

I am rejecting this response because:It is now 5/24/2017 and I have not heard from ANYONE regarding this matter or possibly getting it rectified. I was transferred into the executive complaint department of State Farm to find out what was going under my file# [redacted] and I was advised that that was closed meanwhile I was not updated on any decision, as well as the one from Revdex.com. Ms. Lever from the claims department stated that someone was supposed to reach out to me, and no one ever did. And if a call was placed to me and I missed it no messages were left on the number on file [redacted]I find myself again left out in the dark by this company and am assured that their customer service stinks when it comes to honest paying on time people.

I got a call from someone representing state Farm as I was suppose to get the rest of my money and yet they still send me a portion of the 159.19 first they send me 115.70 then they send me 17.30 they still owe me 26.19 .
