I am rejecting this response because:
Statefarm has gotten in contact with me like they stated in their response. However, when I talked to the representative, he only gave me a date that the arbitration is scheduled for and told me I will be reimbursed shortly after IF I am found not to be at fault. This is repetitive information I’m getting each time I talk to State Farm. I am arguing that I was told I will get my deductible back because I’m 100% not at fault & will receive it back within days of paying it. I wasn’t told there was a chance for it to go to arbitration; had that been the case, I wouldn’t have taken my car in to get fixed. Before any of this, I first called Mercury insurance and they told me they don’t find their party at fault. They told me to call my insurance to ask what their findings were. I Informed Statefarm of what Mercury Insirance told me and they told me it was still okay to take my car to get fixed and I’ll get my money back in a couple days. I WAS NEVER INFORMED THAT THERE WAS A CHANCE I WOULDNT GET MY MONEY BACK . These representatives didn’t inform me of potential happenings. I was led to believe I am guaranteed my money back and now they’re going back on their word . When I asked to speak to customer relations, Eric who was working on my claim chuckled and said Statefarm doesn’t have one. He went through the notes and blamed Chris Barron’s for telling me I will get my refund back, not him. He was so adiment about blaming other people than helping an upset customer. I have Been a loyal customer for a long time and have an 68 year old grandmother that has been a customer since she was 16. Many friends and family of mine are customers. This has led me to change my insurance to AllState , they offered me a higher payment but I’ve settled with that because I’ve heard from many others that they exceed their customers satisfactions. Taking this loss of $500 has made a huge debt in my finances when I make only $400 a month raising a toddler.

This complaint was made after the underwriting department's unsatisfactory explanation. The underwriter wouldn't even allow me to speak to a supervisor or any sort of higher-up individual to continue addressing my concerns. I find this highly unprofessional.

I am rejecting this response because: When the insurance was cancelled it was for both home and auto.  State Farm only corrected the auto retro check to March 2016 and not the home owners insurance.
