I am rejecting this response because: As much as I would like to accept the business response it is not possible to do soIf I did they would once again bury the claim like they did beforeAnd this isn’t gonna happenI would like the leak to be fixedI was NOT leaking before the accident and it now isWear on seals is not a valid answer because even if they were worn they wear sealing fine before the accident and now they are notI want this repairedAlso the stabilizer bar under the vehicle got shifted over or damaged in the accident that state farm is denying wasn’t claim relatedFirst off the stabilizer bar is to keep the vehicle stableThere is no possible way that it can be shifted or damaged by itself without the help of impactI would like this claim to be handled by someone else instead of Denise Chandler80% of the stuff she has told me and my father has been pure lies8/she says she will call me back on 8/and never didShe called me and my father on 9/and stated she would call us back and to this date 9/we haven’t received any phone callsThe letter that she dated 9/was also filled with pure liesI have also tried getting a copy of the alignment report that was done when my vehicle when it was repaired and State Farms select body shop has yet to provide it with me I connected them at the end of july and in September and nothingI want my vehicle to be repaired, the alignment report and a cash settlement to close the claim and the case with both the state and Revdex.comThis claim has now been active since and an issue for month I was a remedy for the problems

I am rejecting this response because: I have not be contacted by anyone at State Farm nor do I have any missed calls or messages from them as well I have attached a copy of the original email stating my rates would go down...but I am unable to attach a second document where I am told by my new agent "I wish I could be more help in this situation, but the information that the other agent’s office provided you in the email attachment, is not correctThey are correct in saying accidents/violations hold accountability for three yearsBut, good driving discounts, if not eligible for at inception of policy, don’t get added to the policy once the accident/violation reach the three year markThe discount gets added once the policy is three years oldAs long as the policy stay’s accident free for three years, you’ll see a AFD-added to your policy at the policies three year anniversary."
