I am rejecting this response because:The reasoning for their rejection was that I use the money given to repair the floor to fix the roofHowever, the rational in this matter was to fix the problem first in order to prevent further damageand, I didMy second loss claim was for them to come see the sliding door to see if I was eligible to have it fixedThey decline it and said it was not covered by the insuranceThey assumed I was making another claim for the floor which I never didThe explanation given to me by the underwriter did not actally resolved anythingShe just repeated to me the same thing I informed the adjustor about reparing the roof before fixing the floorPart of the floor was already fix I want them to stop advertising on tv that home owners are readily protected and have their backs, which is a lieEspecially when they submit claims that are readily rejected and policies cancel because of their selective practice of whom can be covered or who cannotWhich is clearly descrimationAm no longer want anything to do with this Insurance CompanyJust have them to stop falsely advertising

I am rejecting this response because:We have not "reached a resolution" yet - State Farm owes us $for the claim and has not yet paid it Only after we receive payment would we be able to evaluate if a resolution has been made with State Farm There is still the issue that State Farm LOST our claim and was rude to me until I filed a complaint with the Revdex.com I do not consider that good business practice Again, we are still waiting for our $reimbursement This has caused, and continues to cause, a great deal of strain for our family financially
