Dear Ms ***,Thank you for being a subscriber of the San Antonio Express-News. I apologize that you are having problem with your paper and will notify the manager in your area. As of two years ago all subscriptions are charged a premium charged for magazines or premium days.
This year we are schedule to have premium charges of which are premium books that are inserted into the Sunday paper. The most recent change is the bill fee charge of $which can be avoided by switching the account to ez pay.On 03/15/your account was given credit for the bill fee's but going forward your account will be charged unless the account is changed to auto draft. I am rejecting this response because: I found out that my wife sent them a check for the $so our credit rating would not be affected by this issue. Therefore, the business owes us $12.44, along with the $10.90. This shows how bad their Billing Deptoperates concerning their customers
