I am rejecting this response because: Express News DID NOT stop subscription  until our SECOND request For the subscription to stop! We did not know they didn't cancel the subscription until we got the RevDex.com  response.

I am rejecting this response because:As of 8/11/2015, I am still receiving the e-edition (there is no option to unsubscribe from emails) and my account still shows that I am still subscribed to "Sunday + All Digital Access" with my next payment due 8/15/2015 (See Attached).It is extremely frustrating that the Express News makes it very difficult to stop subscriptions and does not provide any documented confirmation when subscriptions are stopped.I will consider this complaint resolved when I no longer am receiving the e-edition and my account is deactivated or shows no payment due. Let me say thank you for being a loyal subscriber and apologize for the billing issues you have experienced.  In reviewing your account as of today your expiration date is 12/02/15.  Please note that the San Antonio Express-News has multiple premium days and premium magazines that are...

distributed to subscribers at an additional rate.  At this time I will adjust your account for the 34 days plus the recent 10 days expiration date variance which changes the expiration date to 01/20/16.  Keep in mind that going forward we have at least 7 premium magazine days and 2 premium days.Thank you,[redacted]

Thank you so much for helping me resolve my dispute with san Antonio express news.  This happens every year annually at renewal time and I am tired of it.
