First, let me say thank you for being a loyal subscriber and apologize for the billing issues you have experienced. The initial Gropromotion you signed up in July paid your account through 07/13/15. Since you were experiencing delivery problems the credit on your account did
extend the expiration date to 11/29/15. After the year at the discounted rate your account was subject to a price increase therefore your expiration date changed to 10/11/15. The premium product are exclusive magazines that are provided only to our home delivery subscribers and not included in the paper purchased at retail locations. The rate for the retail locations did increase in August $Mon-Fri and $Sunday in our distribution area. Will send detail of your bill to your yahoo email address. Thank you*** ***

I am rejecting this response because:I will keeping this ticket open until I receive the checkI have email documentation showing that a check was cut for me back in September and it was supposed to have been received already period on September 23rd I was emailed and told that my check would be in the mail now you are telling me a month later is when I'll be receiving itIt sounds like no one knows what they are doing over therePlease check the attachment documents and you will see the email correspondenceFurthermore I am upset that I even had a balance due on my account as my account was to have been cancelled back in August and it sounds like it never was this why I have a balance on it

After numerous attempts to get papers delivered (which never happened) I requested my account be cancelled and a full refund of $38.50. This is not what I received. I only received a partial refund of $and the business still owes me $
