First, let me say thank you for being a loyal subscriber and apologize for the billing issues you have experienced.  All newspaper subscriptions include delivery of six premium issues delivered throughout the year including Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.  Each premium issue will be...

charged at an additional rate.  The disclosure is located on page A2 of the newspaper and any future premium issues are noted in this section.  The last premium magazine that we published was the Guide to San Antonio.  The charge for the magazine was reversed on 07/07/15 in the amount of $2.00.  Should you experience any additional billing problems I can be reached at [email protected] you,[redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: We have been requesting a call back from a manager for about 7 weeks now, during this time we have called at least once a week and twice on some weeks each time we have been told that a manager would call us back. As of today we have not received a call from a manager or a Sunday paper. The problem starts in the management and runs down from that point. This response is nothing more than PR for the Revdex.com.

at the rate of $5.00 per product.  This will impact your subscription rate monthly and adjust the expiration date.  On 03/27/17 a credit in the amount of $10.00 was applied to you subscription account for 2 premium charges from February and March 2017.  The last time your account was drafted was on 03/27/17 in the amount of $8.00 and is not scheduled to be drafted until end of May.  Let me know if I can be of further assistance. Thank You,[redacted]

Thank you for being a subscriber to the San Antonio Express-News.  I'm sorry to hear that you were having billing problems.  For the last two years we have had premium charges that will effect the expiration date of subscriptions.  As of last year our bills had not included these...

charges in advance due to constraint but have made the changes this year to our bills.  All subscriptions will be applied 8 premium charges through out the year.  In addition, as of the end of last year we have also included a bill fee charge of $3.95 to send out bills and can be avoided by going to EZ Pay.In reviewing your account your weekly rate went from $2.00 to $3.00 per week.  This also impacted the $8.00 every four week special. Let me know if you want to reinstate your account.  Keep in mind that every subscription also comes with digital access daily. thank you[redacted]@express-news.net

I am rejecting this response because:As of Wednesday, Nov. 8, 2017, there has not been an additional $36.00 reimbursed to my bank account. There were two...

unauthorized deductions of $36.00 each withdrawn from my account. Only one of those charges has been reimbursed. I am still waiting on the additional $36.00 reimbursement. A copy of my bank statement showing these charges was emailed to [redacted] on 10-13-17. It has been six weeks I have been dealing with this issue.
