Thank you for subscribing to the San Antonio Express-News.  At the end of last year all home delivery subscriptions were subject to a $3.95 bill fee charge.  Your account was charged the bill fee twice on 11/22/15 and 01/26/16.  All home delivery subscriptions are also subject to 8...

rejecting this response because:  The premium increase from $3.50 per week to $5.50 per week in Aug/Sept was the secondary issue.  The primary issue is the billing is occurring every 3 weeks or less, rather than every 4 weeks.  This billing practice is causing the customer to overpay.  When this happens over a period of months, the overpayment becomes substantial.  I expect a refund for the overbilling that occurred from Dec 2016 to present, not just the increase from $3.50 to $5.50 per week in Aug/Sept.
