Complaint: *** I am rejecting this response because: NWT mint has received a cash payment from me for silver I have never received
How can this huge company think that I can be satisfied with losing over $because of there bad management I realize that filling for bankruptcy may take them off the hoop financially but does excuse them morally and does not replace the little bit of money that was to be part of my retirement If they won't refund the money that is mine in the first place then they can send me the silver I originallybought This can never be resolved until I get a full refund In can not figure out why there isn't some regulations in place to keep companies like NWT mint from taking a persons money and then simply filing bankruptcy and stealing every ones money I know I am not the only one out there that is losing there money If this activity is allowed to happen those that read these complaints had better think twice before you make payments to anyone on the internet From now on I'll will not trust anyone So much for investing in silver Again big business has been allowed to rob from the working class and get away with it

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: The spokesperson is disingenuous and deceitfulThe shipping terms are not apparent on the website and if the terms were apparent NWT would cease to exist as a viable entityIt is quite obvious that they have hidden the fact that shipment can exceed monthsGo to the web site and see for yourselfExperienced bullion buyers would rarely wait months
2nd other vendors sell at the same price
Compare the number of complaints with other bullion dealersCalling themselves a mint is no excuseThe other mints do not have a month shipping term

As we have responded before, I wanted to clarify the problem Mr*** did not follow the same protocol in asking for the second order to be processed as the previous Buyback We do not "lock-in" metal via email; all such transactions must be verified with a bullion representative by phone He did this on his first order On his second order, he sent and email, to which we responded, instructing him to call the office to initiate the buyback We responded promptly to his request the same day he sent the email He chose to ignore our instructions (See email thread below), until over a month later, when the price of silver had fallen below his original purchase price Thus, the refund was the method that protected his initial purchase amount (i.e., "market price or initial purchase, which ever is higher")
A customer can opt not to call or initiate a buyback for several reasons He can decide to wait if he believes the market price may continue to go up or change his mind about a transaction altogether
Please let me know if you need anything further in clarifying this matter

Mr***'s Order # *** was placed on 10/29/2015; His check was received on 11/02/2015; The contract in force between Mr*** and NWTM calls for a day delay for good funds on personal and business checks, which brings the good funds date to 11/12/2015; The first
shipping window expired on 01/15/2016, triggering a day delay notice The extended ship date (as anticipated in the contract) expires on 02/16/
We fully expect to ship Mr***'s product within that time frame and we are still in compliance with the terms of the contract that Mr*** was required to acknowledge during his purchase experience with MsG***
In the event that production is unable to mint the product and ship by 02/16/2016, Mr*** has the opportunity to (1) liquidate his position for a full refund, (2) liquidate and repurchase at that day's current bullion price (if it benefits him to do so at a lower price), or accept another delay until the product is available
We will amend our response to this complaint as tracking information becomes available
