It is true that my first order # *** was paid back with a profitHowever my second bullion order # *** which was canceled on the same day was notOnly the original payment was returned Northwest territorial mint cheated me out of the profit $that was promised in their original contractAs far as we are concerned Northwest territorial mint still owes us on our second order and the matter is not closed in our mindWhen dealing with companies like this it is plain to see that they are not doing business fairly [ notice they did not mention return of payment on the second contract ]We would like to hear a response about the second contract and why they did not send us a full refundThis matter is not closed

Mr*** refund was mailed on July 10th

Mr*** requested a refund on 11/12/ In order for us to (1) release his position on the precious metals we have ordered, (2) confirm that the order was released before shipped (by our shipping and packaging department, (3) that confirmation is generated and sent to the accounting
department, and (4) the accounting department to order and issue the refund, it usually takes between 4-weeks which is clearly stated in our contract in existence between NWTM and Mr***
We make every attempt to issues these refunds on or before that early week deadline Sometimes, however, we need to use the entire time anticipated (i.e., during holiday rush which we are in the midst of currently)
Mr***'s refund is scheduled to issue on or before 12/12/

Mr*** refund check # ***, in the amount of Nine Thousand Eight Hundred and seventy six ($9,876.00) & 00/100's was issued and mailed on 08/29/

Mr*** order is for a Monster Box of Silver Eagles, that is delayedMr*** spoke with Wendy on 08/and she advised that it should ship within days On 09/04/15, Mr*** was advised of an additional delayIf he wishes to continue to wait, we will attempt in every way to obtain the unique item requestedIf not, we will issue a refund in the amount of $9,at his request

satisfactory to me. Item as ordered was not delivered but was upgraded to my satisfaction. Thanks Revdex.com for causing this delivery to happen as NWTM has had a recent string on non-delivery issues. It took NWTM five months to deliver the productSincerely, *** ***

Order was shipped on 1-18-16, approximately days after Revdex.com forwarded my complaint. Shipment arrived complete on the 22nd and I'm
satisfied as to the product. Note that it took days from order date to order fulfillment which is totally unacceptable. I will never do business with NWTM again. My advice to those considering ordering product from NWTM: Caveat Emptor!!
