Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:
Their contractual agreement required they complete my transaction before
they supposedly filedTherefore they are in violation of the contractThey also filed for protection supposedly because of a judgement unrelated to the business(By their actual statement)If that is the case then that filing should be thrown out and the business fulfill its obligations
Either way I feel that fraud has been committed by this companyAnd hope its owners and employees be held responsible in court for their theft and dishonestyAlso, I have seen no correspondence that says they are in Bankruptcy and considering past behavior posted by numerous others I would wonder if that is actually trueIf so, I will be gladly joining the ranks of those calling for all assets of the company and employee benefits be surrendered to its customers and further that the owner be found liable for all remaining monies owed

Northwest Territorial Mint did not fill my order due to upcoming
litigation/bankruptcy NWT Mint has keep my money since last November with no intention of filling the order I believe this is called fraud I will begin legal proceedings in the near future to recover the money owed I will also verify with the Court that NWT Mint has actually filed for Bankruptcy as they have displayed a complete lack of integrity and honesty to date I have seldom seen such a poorly run company

response because: as I clearly communicated with them AND have the copies of the communicationsThe fact they "claim" to have no record is clearly an excuse on their part to cover up extremely poor (and from reading this page, and lawsuits) criminal business practicesAs they "claim" to have sent the full refund on Sept and I have no record of that transaction, I will wait to "accept" the resolution until I have the official bank check in handA proper and good faith resolution would be to include the interest they've earned whiled holding my money. Mr*** requested a refund on this order on 11/03/15. Mr***’s refund check #*** in the amount of Nine Thousand Six Hundred Forty-Three ($9,643.96) Dollars & 96/100’s (for all Mr***’s remaining orders -#***, ***, & ***) was cut and mailed on 11/30/

Mr*** refund check was sent on 08/07; we were notified on 08/24/that he had not received it A reissue request was sent to accounting that day A stop payment was issued on the original check Mr*** replacement check was reissued and mailed on 09/11/

Dear ***,
We initially had trouble locating this account as it was under *** *** and not ***. The *** shipment is scheduled to go out on 03/14/16. Mr*** was advised of this on 03/01/by our Bullion Customer Service Department
If we can expedite the
order we will do so. However, we will update our response to this Complaint as tracking and delivery information is available

As stipulated in the binding contract between Mr*** and NWTM, our refund window is 4-weeks from his refund request (12/03/15). We make every attempt to issues the refunds before this window, but in order to (1) release the position on the metals we bought, (2) confirm with shipping and
packaging that the order has been cancelled and (3) is not in the shipping process, (4) having shipping and packaging generate the cancellation notice to our accounting department, and (5) our accounting department adding that order cancellation to the refund ledger, obtain approvals, and cut and mail the check (or return funds to the customer's credit card), it can often take 4-weeks
We will make every effort to expedite Mr***' refund but we will not put him ahead of other customers who are also awaiting refunds, simply because he chose to file a Revdex.com complaint the day after he requested it

Ms. [redacted]’s refund check # [redacted], in the amount of Forty-Two Thousand Dive hundred and ten ($42,510.00) Dollars & 00/100’s was issued and mailed on 09/21/15.

Mr. [redacted] check was mailed on July 13th (check #[redacted]). He has now been refunded in full.Regards,Amelia
