Northwest accepted this payment now after an eight month delay they refuse to either send the silver that I ordered or refund my money. This is nothing short of theft and bankruptcy doesn't forgive fhis action. This vompany is still on the internet bilking people out of their money daily. This is nothing short of internet theft by deception.

Mr. [redacted]' order #[redacted] was bought back on 01/12/2016 (PO#[redacted]) and refunded to his Credit Card on 01/15/2016; Transaction #[redacted].

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:The statement...

provided by the business is correct, BUT, they did not respond to the complaint in the time given originally. I hope you can see what they did. They waited until the refund was made before they even acknowledged a complaint had been filed. The truth is that I properly requested a refund and was met with delay after delay after delay while they continued to have my funds in their control. It took from original order date of late October, around the 27th, until the date given of July 22nd before I could access the funds that I sent them on the original order which was promised to be delivered at the longest, 6 weeks for my product. That is 9 months, 3/4 of a year they had my money and would not ever give me a truthful answer on anything except the delays. I was continuously given dates as to when product would ship only to delayed by another 30 days for some of their "technical" issues and when that delay was met only to given another reason for another 30 day delay. Always 30 days and always on followed by another. I was lied to on the original order as far as the time it would take and then only when I pursued an answer as to why the delays, I was met with a pure runaround only causing all of the delays. I have since read many posts on online sites with many, many, many dissatisfied customers who basically had the same problem with NWTM that I did, only mine took way longer that any others I read about.I feel that this company totally misrepresented itself on the ability to satisfy my order and apparently, by what I've read, many others. I think the Revdex.com should give this company a strong look and give it a bad review with punitive measures if possible.Also take note that I am giving an in-depth response to this issue rather than just getting my funds returned and calling it done. I do not want to see anyone else have to go through the same issues that I have dealt with for the last year. Sincerely,[redacted]

Mr. [redacted]'s order is due to ship by 02/11/2016 or, in the event that we are unable to deliver his product at that time he is eligible to (1) request a full refund of $1,505.00 or (2) to repurchase at the rate of bullion on that date (which may be the same amount of bullion for less...

money), if the market remains below his original buy-in price.
The contract that is in force between Mr. [redacted] and NWTM outlined certain possible manufacturing delays that are expected in the process of minting metals as opposed to stocking metals, which is the nature of our business.  The fact that we do mint our own metals allows us to offer bullion at a rate significantly below that of vendors who "stock" items that are readily available to ship.
The contract also outline the above stated refund or repurchase option as well.
 
We will amend our response to this complaint as the delivery date approaches.

Dear [redacted],I apologize for the confusion.  The information I gave you on this Complaint was for a different Order#.  Mr. [redacted] requested his refund on 02/17/16.  His refund check is scheduled to issue at the 4 week window which is 03/15/16.Mr. [redacted] telephoned our office today to clear up the confusion and we discovered our mistake in advising you.Please forward this to Mr. [redacted] with our apologies.Maura

operating their website. It is apparent that they do not have the intention to send the silver or refund money to me or any of their other customers at this point, so why are they taking on more customers.

orders and functioning. It needs to fulfill the obligations it is indebted before taking more orders it cannot fill. Please define said protection you are alleging to have.

remain an A-?  My concern is this company continues to knowingly misrepresent delivery times to customers. It took 7 months to not get my merchandise and a refund. Customers that visit your site need to know what this company does to the consumer so they can avoid the hassles. Sincerely, [redacted]
