Mr*** requested an email on 1/4/whichrequested email stating that his orders would ship by the DD date for sure

Mr*** requested a refund on this order on 11/03/ Mr***’s refund check #*** in the amount of Nine Thousand Six Hundred Forty-Three ($9,643.96) Dollars & 96/100’s (for all Mr***’s remaining orders -#***, ***, & ***) was cut and mailed on 11/30/

Mr***'s purchase specifies a coin minted outside our purview. They are rare and difficult to find. We have obtained of the original order. I have left a message for Mr*** asking whether or not he wishes to receive the first installment of his order, or if he wishes
to proceed with a full refund. I am awaiting his response/call back

Mr*** entered into a legally binding contract with NWTM on 08/26/for the purchase of ozStagecoach Silver bullion pieces at the rate of $14.78, per ounce At that time he was required to read and accept our estimated shipping window and delays caveat, along with our refund
policy Mr*** received his delay notice (the terms for which are outlined in the agreement he read and signed on 08/26/15), on 11/20/and called to follow up with our office ten days later, on 11/30/ When we confirmed the updated shipping date of 12/21/he was unhappy
Mr*** has the option to liquidate his purchase at the current spot per ozprice (which could be higher or lower than his purchase price) prior to his final date of 12/21/15, or await his shipment until that date If that shipping window expires (i.e., his purchase is not available for shipping on 12/21/15), he can then request a refund in full (if it is more advantageous for him to do so rather than a buy back at the time)

Mr***’ refund check # *** in the amount of Three Thousand, Two-Hundred, Eighteen ($3,218.00) Dollars & 00/100’s was cut and mailed on 12/18/ It cleared our bank on 12/30/2015.It had not cleared by the time of my initial response on 12/22/

Mr*** order was shipped on July 20, He should have received a tracking number when his product was placed on the delivery truck.Regards,Amelia

Though it may be legalIt is fraudulent to accept funds for a product you cannot supplySomeone should go to jail for such a poncy scheme

We have no record of Mr*** having ever called or emailed us in regard to his dissatisfaction with out notification of delay We respond to all requests received Mr*** refund check # *** was issued and mailed on 09/11/

Mr***'s order was placed on 09/07/2015, funds cleared on 09/15/2015, which triggered the first shipment window of 8-(per the contract in force between Mr*** and NWTM) Upon the expiration of that window, Mr*** received his first delay notification
on 12/04, alerting him to an additional delay for ETA for 01/04/ On 12/he received another delay notification that his order will ship on 01/11/
Mr***'s order will ship on 01/11/ This is still within the guidelines of the contract in force between Mr*** and NWTM That contract will expire 01/15/ Thereafter, Mr*** is entitled to a full refund if he prefers not to accept any further delay should his shipment not process

Mr***'s Order# *** shipped on 01/18/ We will update our response to this complaint upon tracking confirmation of delivery

response because:If Northwest Territorial Mint can guarantee shipment of our order on or before Feb.15,we would accept thatWhen I called them on 2/1/16, I spoke with Erin and she spoke with the vault manager while I was on hold.She got back on the line with me and said maybe weeks, it could be more.The vault manager couldn't give her a date so she was just guessingThis has been going on since the beginning of Nov It has been over months since we placed the order and there's no excuse for this.Sincerely,*** ***
