Thank you for providing us with the opportunity to address the complaint that Mr [redacted] has filedIt is important for us to hear from our customers and we will strive to meet your expectations I have spoken with the ***, the general manager at the store who worked with the customer and advised he would be unable to return the part as it had been opened*** advised the item was no longer in re-sellable condition and according to our return policy, "Return or exchange any item with original purchase receipt within days as NEW requires that item must be in original condition and packaging, unopened and uninstalled, including all original materials supplied with the itemReturns that do not meet these criteria will be denied." While we do understand the general manager was simply following policy, we do also understand the customer was recommended the part by the store team member, and also, the customer needed to open the package to verify the item would or would not fit his vehicleAs a onetime courtesy, we are going to be sending Mr [redacted] a check for $to refund the wheel locks Per this refund, no further warranty will be honored on the wheel locks We do require a complete mailing address from the customer for this to be sent to as well[redacted] Our promise is to provide superior customer service and offer high quality products when you need themThank you for allowing us to respond

Thank you for providing us with the opportunity to address the complaint that Mr [redacted] has filedIt is important for us to hear from our customers and we will strive to meet your expectations We have reviewed the Chevrolet Suburban claim information provided and the engine claim was sent to our manufacture for further inspection to understand the reason of failure for claim # [redacted] Upon further review A [redacted] has determined the engine did not fail due to manufacture defectsAfter contacting ATK we were provided with additional information below, and we are also attaching a picture of the valve with deposit build up and debris: Failure Analysis and Conclusion for Claim Inspection September 08, EXTERNAL VISUAL INSPECTION: Engine serial # Lwith oil pump, received and examinedThere are no visible external damages foundHeat tab present no activatedIntake ports are oily wetCompression test to psi reading on all cylinders including # INTERNAL VISUAL INSPECTION: Inspection reveals two different problems, piston crowns, combustion chambers and intake valve have sticky gummy deposit, also piston crowns and combustion chambers show's small carbon debris particles embedded, Also # 1, intake and exhaust valve seat have print debris in valve and seat faces now resulting in the reported problemsstem seals are intact, in place and their material remains pliableInternal bearings show good conditionLobes and lifters are not worn or damagesDIMENSIONAL, PARAMETERS AND OBSERVATIONS: Cylinder heads and block are not warpedHead gaskets are correct for the application, installed properly and sealingValves were clean and vacuum ok at inhgRing end gap is at .016"CONCLUSION: Not factory defects were foundClaim will be deniedAs a gesture of good will, we are mailing a $check to the name and address provided for the Chevrolet engine claimMr [redacted] can be expecting his check in 7-business days For the Ford Mustang claim, we have claim # [redacted] that we opened just days ago after receiving this complaint Our warranty claims team was not contacted regarding this claim; so AAP was unaware of this opportunity We see that [redacted] was recently contacted by [redacted] regarding this, however our warranty claims team at [redacted] can be called to check on the progressOur promise is to provide superior customer service and offer high quality products when you need themThank you for allowing us to respond

I regards to their question about the vehicle type, it is in fact one of my profile vehicles, the 2013 Fiat 500. I have run the same search several times on their site, and it continues to return the wrong bulbs as being exact fits. I stress gain that I spent a long conversation with an online representative, and they were entirely unhelpful, saying essentially that I was out of luck and it was my fault that the site was wrong. I am very unhappy with the representatives helpfulness, but do accept the refund for the remaining bulb. Regards, [redacted] ***
