I have been in contact with my bank and they stated NO ACTION was made by you to reverse the transaction and that they would be anticipating a response - I’ve already had too many lies made to me to trust any word they have and this tactic is just another lieThe hold has finally fallen off after an entire week of hold ups and liesI reject any response you have because a customer should NEVER have to go through such an amateur processI have my money again and will not accept any response you produce I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Regards, [redacted] [redacted]

The district manager over the store, ***, has reached out stating that he spoke with the customer and advised to have the item's brought into the storeHe let the customer know, if the item's are used they would be unable to issue a refund, but if the item's are unused and in like new condition, the store would refund the customerWe now consider this resolved as the customer has spoken with the district manager on the situation and has been offered a resolutionOur promise is to provide superior customer service and offer high quality products when you need themThank you for allowing us to respond

The complaint is at the store in question I was refused the option to exchange my product and once I went to a new location same franchise my request to exchange was honoredI feel there was bias/discrimination because at the [redacted] ** location I was told without a receipt I had no option to exchange
