I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below This is completely unacceptable as a business number one I purchased a company warranty will th guarantee my product will work and it failedI did not visit four storesThere is four stores in walking distance from my house with my “inoperable vehicle”The association was incompetent and unwilling to assist me with the situation of them closing the storeYes I was upset but there was no vulgar language or threatening actions involved in this storeIf the workers where afraid for their safety no police were involvedWhen asked to leave I asked to call officersService was denied as associates felt they didn’t have time before store closed to deal with meFor an association to tell opinions of how a vehicle has problems is not educatedWith my invoice being ignored and lack of communication I am disappointed and regretful that I purchased from this organizationI have not received any call for my inconvenience and store associates have? I do not want this battery this warranty or any part of this companyThe customer in this situation is nothing and I have been helped more by an agent more than the companyI want a phone call on my cellular device by the corporate office Regards, [redacted] ***

I find it ironic that this $off $is the same coupon you would not take for the original purchaseI find this ridiculous that this is your commitment to customer satisfaction

I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I recently filed a complaint against ADVANCE AUTO and their SPEED PERKS AWARDS PROGRAM case # ID [redacted] which an agreement was reached but ADVANCE AUTO an speed perks program have failed to do what they said they would do to satisfy this complaint I have waited for ADVANCE AUTO AND SPEED PERKS AWARDS to comply with the agreement but to no end I am only asking ADVANCE AUTO and SPEED PERKS AWARDS to do what their policy or advertising said they would do if you buy from them I even went on line to my SPEED PERKS AWARDS ACCOUNT to see that they SPEED PERKS AWARDS PROGRAM had not corrected their errors as promised in the complaint statement agreement as I was told I have waited to let them do what was necessary to correct this matter but they have failed to do so What is wrong with this company that they ADVANCE AUTO SPEED PERKS AWARD PROGRAM can not abide by their advertising to lure consumers to buy their products with added rewards for doing so This is clearly an example of advertising I have been buying lots of their products for years to maintain my vehicles with the SPEED PERKS AWARDS PROGRAM saving me money with their awards program which is the whole idea of this sales gimmick ADVANCE AUTO AND SPEED PERKS AWARDS PROGRAM should be held accountable for their actions especially since their agreement to my last complaint which they have not done Either do what their advertising says or do away with it My present maintenance repairs and up keep have been delayed long enough !!!!! They ADVANCE AUTO and SPEED PERKS AWARD PROGRAM have withheld my monetary discounts that I have earned from my previous purchases for my next purchases long enough
