Dear ***,We are in receipt of the above referenced complaint and submit the following response to same.Upon receipt of the complaint our office reviewed the call recording with the consumer. We determined that a refund was in order for the $fee as the representative should have
advised of this fee prior to accepting any payment. While we are not admitting any wrongdoing on the part of the representative, we want the consumer to know we take the complaint serious and are honoring her request on a limited basisThe money was refunded back to the consumer today. The account has been marked as paid in full and will be updated as such with the creditor and with any consume reporting agencies.Should the consumer have any questions she may contact our office by calling ###-###-####, send mail to PO Box 67015, Harrisburg, PA 17106-7015, or via email to [email protected],Ashley C***, Esq.Director of Legal and Compliance

*** ***We are in receipt of the Complaint and offering the following information as a response to same. The original balance of each account referenced was $ It is unclear why the consumer was informed or believed that the original balance for each account was $- this amount
is the balance for only one of the individual accounts on each consumer account. After reviewing the accounts with the Director of Payment Processing, it was determined that if the consumer was thinking the original balance was $then total payments of $would result in an overpayment of $for each account which would total $ Upon further review, and because the balance was incorrect from the beginning, the consumer actually owes NRA Group an additional $for both accounts.I have requested a statement for each account be mailed to the consumer which will have this information provided in more detail.Should the consumer wish to discuss this with our office she may contact our office at ***, via email at *** ** *** *** ** *** *** *** *** ** ***Sincerely,Ashley AC*** ***

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved]
Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:
This company has POOR business practices I do not understand why if they are a legitimate business/collection agency how and why they can not send a duplicate copy of a invoice to me when I NEVER received the original With all of the scams going on with phone calls now, I am confused as to why this company could not clearly send out another copy instead of telling me it's against their policy They acknowledged they have no control over the mail
System, so WHY COULDN'T I GET another copy? They just put it on my credit- which caused me to NOT BE ABLE to close on my house that I recently purchased! They caused great financial harm, all for not sending me a duplicate copy of a invoice with their name on it, there ability to collect this debt- NOTHING! This is a disgrace to consumers- as they should legally be required to send another copy!

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: my account as being marked as a disputed account If I do not dispute the amount owed and am making regular payments on the balance why is the account categorized this way? The account is active and I should not be forced into authorizing an automatic withdrawal because of the language used to describe accounts where regular payments are made via check

Dear ***:Our office is in receipt of the complaint dated June 3, Please accept the within as our response to same. Our representatives are trained to verify certain pieces of information, including the last four digits of a social security number, to
ensure that the proper party is on the line before disclosing any information about the personal business matter which may be placed within our office. The information that the representative was trying to verify with the complainant was for this very purposeIf the name of the individual on the other end of the line was not the correct party no additional verification would be completed as it would be a wrong number at that time.We apologize if this made the complainant feel upset but we are reviewing her allegations seriously and will ensure that proper protocol is being followed by all employees. At this time, a notation has been placed without our office not to contact the complainant due to this complaint with the Revdex.com.If the complainant wishes to speak to a representative in our office for additional information she may call ###-###-####.Sincerely,*** ** ***, EsquireCorporate Counsel and Compliance Officer

Dear ***,Our office is in receipt of your correspondence regarding the above-referenced complaint. The information requested by the consumer is not legally required under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ("FDCPA") or the Fair Credit Reporting Act ("FCRA") The information that was
mailed to the consumer on August 30, contained all information relevant to his account In the FTC opinion letter dated March 10, dictated by Attorney *** ** ***, he stated "...it is important that the verification of the identity of the consumer and the amount of the debt be obtained directly from the creditor Mere itemization of what the debt collector already has does not accomplish this purpose." FTC opinion letters are not considered binding authority but are persuasive This particular letter does not support the consumer's request for various items The documentation sent to him in August did come from the creditor and did verify all information (identity and amounts). If the consumer is a victim of identity fraud then he should provide our office with a copy of the police report and/or fraud affidavit so that the matter can be handled appropriately on our end At this time the information with our office has been marked as disputed and we have requested no calls be made to the consumer.Should you have any additional questions or comments please do not hesitate to contact our office.Sincerely,Ashley *C***, Esq.Director of Legal and Compliance
