 Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: AOL states that if I have any further issues do not hesitate to contact them, but they didn't say how to contact them since there is no way for me to get in touch with them.  When I send an e-mail for assistance to AOL, I never get a response; therefore, since I am not paying for the service I do not know how to reach them.

I am rejecting this response because: I rejected because they could do more than $65 I have spoken to them before and they're not willing to do anything and also I've been having problems for a while with my service they should give me credit for at least several months not just a few months  and this should go higher up in a a while not to the people I dealt with because they weren't willing to do anymore that with them what they said and they don't care if you have problems but they made me very upset when I spoke to them
