The TOS states the following about use of the AOL services:Your username and account may be terminated if you do not sign on to a Service with your username at least once every 90 days. If you are registered for fee-based or term-specific Services, we will not terminate your username or account unless they are subject to being terminated for some other reason. In addition, an individual Service may require you to sign in and use the Service periodically to remain active on that Service. If you fail to remain active on a specific Service, we may deactivate your access and use of that Service.After we terminate or deactivate your account for inactivity or any other reason, we have no obligation to retain, store, or provide you with any data, information, e-mail, or other content that you uploaded, stored, transferred, sent, mailed, received, forwarded, posted or otherwise provide to us (collectively “posted” or “post”) on the Services and may allow another user to register and use the username. I am rejecting this response because:
I tried calling the person back but couldn't reach the person. I left a message. The person called me again but I was already out of the country. I will not be back until Dec 31, 2015. Please have him call me after the new year. AOL's tactic is to sell their additional service. It is worst when I am traveling in China , access their service is very difficult because of the time differences. So 24x7 is only very basic service according to them. But sometimes when my account got locked out because AOL detected my login from China (which is legitimate), I had to wait till US offuce opens which is midnight in China. I had many unpleasant experience. Actually, I am still not getting some emails from friends in China. Very frustrating.

AOL didn't fix the problem they caused because I have had my [redacted] desktop computer for a year and I could send and receive mail before. Now I CAN NOT SEND ANY MAIL now.  It's their server that's a problem we  have tried all the numbers to get it to work.  It worked before it should continue to do so but it doesn't. I am rejecting this response because:
AOL just did another unauthorized debit yesterday, June 6, 2017,  from my checking account of $79.95 where my bank placed a stop and is doing an investigation.  This is the second illegal act. I do not know who at AOL is responsible for these illegal transactions, but this will be dealt with in a court of law.
