I was contacted May about a protections plan for my carI listened and decide that it might be a good thingAs I listened I had second thoughts and ask to not proceed with the applicationI told them that I would call back if I changed my mindTwo months later I see a withdrawal from my account for the plan from OminsureI called and told the rep that I wanted it stopped as of that datedThe Rep wanted my account Number and I told him I could not give him that cause I did not have a plan with themOh he said he would get the plan to me right awayAGAIN I said I DO NOT WANT this planHe said he would give me November free to think about it and I told him I DID NOT WANT the plan and hung upDecember I called again to remind them that I did want the plan and to cancel the accountSure enough on the 22nd of December they withdrew another from my accountI called and was informed that in order to get a refund(prorated) that I needed to send a letter saying that I no longer wanted the service and have it notarized with the correct miles on the car I feel like I have been taken advantage of and this company is a nightmare to deal with
