After receiving the complaint, Omnisure contacted *** *** *** *** It is our understanding from *** *** *** *** that Ms*** authorized *** *** *** *** to use her credit card for Ms*** monthly payment on April 10, and then Ms***'s credit card was mistakenly charged for a second monthly payment on May 11, Once this error was identified, Ms***'s credit card information was removed from Ms*** account and the billing method for Ms*** account was changed to invoice billing

This company got my year old grandmothers credit card number and charged her for a warranty using scare tacticsThey were taking each month for almost a year for a car she sold in JanuaryShe would have never signed up for this knowing we were selling the carThey told her she had not paid her insurance and she got scared and gave them her card numberShe has insurance at *** ***Shame on Omnisure for doing this to a little old lady! This is a scamYou can not reach anyone over the phone to even dispute thisI called the credit card company and they were able to get all the money back! Now this company is sending invoices trying to retreive the money again! Please be aware of this company scaring and tricking people into getting payment informationSCAM!!!SCAM!!!SCAM!!!

I entered into a contract and paid the last payment 03/ only to realize that I never received a policy and when I attempted to contact there is a prefix that I need to provide and I cannot get thru to speak to anyone because I do not have the prefix I am years old and very upset that months at was for nothing and I cannot cancel nor reap the benefit of using should my car break down very upset

Omnisure has taken two payments from my credit cardOne for $in December and the second, a month later, for $Omnisure sent a bill dated 1/27/stating the contract would cancel on 2/16/if a payment is not made by that dateI did not pay, hoping this would go awayAt 10pm on 2/18/15, I got a new bill for including late charges and other feesThis bill is due on 3/11/15, and does not offer any promise of cancellationalthough this has been my written, stated wish since 12/12/I don't want billing suspended or "ON HOLD"I want billing stopped completely, and I want full refunds on my credit cards for the charges, and the disputes with the credit card company to STOPI have filed a similar Revdex.com complaint against ** *** Protection for their role in this attempt at thieveryI am not aware of any "refund" from ** *** *** My understanding is that the $is continuing to be disputed with my credit card issuer, although I have already provided written evidence of ALL the key factsOmnisure is the company taking the money out of my account and sending billsTake responsibility, and take heedI AM NOT A WILLING PARTY TO THIS SUPPOSED CONTRACT and HAVE NOT BEEN since 12/12/STOP TAKING and TRYING TO TAKE MY MONEY!!!!!!!!!

We paid Omnisure Group, LLC through our credit card $final payment made on 9/29/ We made a claim in Oct when our truck was taken to the *** dealer authorized to do repairs The adjuster for the insurance came to the dealer and saw that we had a 5th wheel hitch in the bed of the truck and said they should never have sold us the policy and that they would refund us our money It has been months and they keep telling us that it will take another 2-weeks before they can send us our money

They refuse to fix a vehicle claiming I didn't change the oil, which was gave them the receipt showing I had the oil changedI only had the vehicle for monthsHad oil change the first month second month the car is down and the warranty from *** won't honor there agreement
