I just called in to this company, which is in ChicagoChicago IL is in the United StatesI stated to the representative that, as I too am in the United States, that I should not have to "Push One for English." I don't have a problem with foreigners needing to push buttons for their languages if they do not speak English, but I shouldn't have to push anything for the language of the landThe representative, Grace, actually hung up on me when I was telling her how I felt!

I am rejecting this response because:I cancelled my policy due the fact my extended warranty never covered any of my repairs.  I was requested to have cancellation in writing.  During that period, I check the status of my refund and it says My extended covered the last repair which im unaware of because I still had to come out of my pocket over $1000 so im not understanding what was covered.  Surely I will never direct any business with this company or any of its affiliates. I believe you guys are scammers.
