The company claims they still have not received my cancellation paperworkI cancelled the policy in March and they are still billing my credit card and denying the receipt of the cancellation paperworkI was told by Ryan a supervisor that the account would receive a hold and no charges would be billed until the process of the cancellation procedure was completedI have not had the vehicle since March and I have sent all my paperwork as well as the booklet and card but yet and still I am being charged and can not even use the serviceThis company even contacted my credit card company to reverse chargesI hope this issue is resolved soonI have zero faith in their process and I see that every time I call I speak to a rude representative that gives inaccurate information, and if the calls were pulled you can verify that the account should have been cancelled almost months ago
