Omnisure Group, LLC ("Omnisure") is the payment plan provider for the vehicle service contract sold to Mr. [redacted] by [redacted] As the payment plan provider, we are not involved with anything related to the payment or denial of claims, refunds to the customer, the sale or cancellation of the vehicle service contract or anything else related to the vehicle service contract itself. We strictly handle the billing and collection of monthly payments on behalf of [redacted]
Mr. [redacted] purchased the service contract from [redacted] a third party marketer selling vehicle service contracts on behalf of [redacted] is the administrator of the policy.
Our records indicate that the service contract was cancelled and no further monthly payments will be drafted.
In an attempt to assist Mr. [redacted], Omnisure contacted [redacted] It is our understanding that [redacted] issued a refund of $110.12 to Mr. [redacted] on July 13, 2015. Additionally, Omnisure has not had any telephone communication with Mr. [redacted]. All telephone communication, such as the ones referenced in Mr. [redacted]'s complaint, most likely occurred between Mr. [redacted] and [redacted] The individuals referenced in Mr. [redacted]'s complaint are not employees of Omnisure.

I bought a [redacted] about a year and a half ago. Seeing as it was my first car, I didn't know much about extended warranties and I had so many warranty requests come in the mail, it became a nuisance. I finally called one of the phone numbers, and it was [redacted]. I had paid a $200 dollar down payment for a $4,000 warranty. My car had so many problems with it that I had already spent over a grand in repairs. One day last February, my cars' air compressor gave out. I was told it would be over a grand for the repairs. I called [redacted] and they said they cover air compressors, but when the inspector came out, he said they would not cover it due to an oil leak that looked like it was there before I bought the car. I had my oil changed three times already at that point, so I couldn't believe it. I was so furious with [redacted] that I decided to cancel with them. Now, Omnisure handles the money. When I called Omnisure, the customer service representative adamantly and aggressively attempted to stop me from cancelling and I stood my ground. She finally told me that I would need to send in a notarized request for refund. I did. I went to Florida for five months and I was told that it would take three months to process and be sent out. By the time August of this year came around, I still had not received my refund. They owe me $763. That is a lot of money to just withhold from someone who has a right to that money. I was told at the beginning of this that they send out their refund checks every Friday, so for those five months, I called every month, sometimes every Friday. It is now November, and I called Omnisure again. I get the same response: "Our supervisor is in a meeting but I will send him an email telling him you called and inquired about your refund". For the past two months, I have been on what they say is the "priority list", but if I am priority why haven't I received anything? I had emailed the supervisor and I never got a response back. I had asked the representatives to call me back, they haven't. I have been so patient through this whole thing, and I have been shot down every time. No more games, after writing this review I will be writing to my local news site, and [redacted]. I am also starting to look for lawyers to start a case. If there is any solution to this problem that results in me getting my refund, I won't need a lawyer. DO NOT go with [redacted] or Omnisure. I have been in a nightmare for over half a year now with them.

Ms. [redacted] authorized recurring monthly payments at the point of sale. However, upon receiving the complaint, Omnisure has placed a hold on this account in the billing system to ensure that no further monthly payments will be collected from Ms. [redacted].
In an attempt to assist Ms. [redacted], Omnisure contacted [redacted] It is our understanding that [redacted] issued a refund of $417.05 to Ms. [redacted] on November 24, 2014.
