BE WARNED! Omnisure Group, LLC will make you jump through serious hoops to get your policy cancelled, even if it hasn't even started yet! I called to cancel shortly after the talked me into the policy They dropped the price, and I still said I didn't want it The initial charge had already been processed, so I asked them to credit my account, since it was still within the day cancellation timeThey said I needed to send in a letter, so I did months later I call and find out "it didn't reach them in time," which is somehow my fault? (There is no "good faith" with them at all Obviously I tried to cancel by phone, there was a note of it in the fileThey couldn't make a note to refund pending letter? NOPE, I guess not.) Now, to get a "Pro-rated refund" I need to get a "certified odometer reading" Seriously? That is months AFTER I sent in my letter of cancellation, so obviously I will be getting a lower refund for something I cancelled before it even started ALSO, they state to refer to the policy regarding all of their fine print, that they ask to send it with your letter of cancellation How convenient, right? DON'T get scammed by them, they are impossible to cancel and get your rightful refund I'm lost in the fine print that I no longer have

As a consumer looking to do business with this Company, I find their practices to be suspicious to say the least after reviewing online complaints Revdex.com I then called to cancel what had already been setup for a new policy to start in days, which is when my suspicions grew even greater I wanted to ensure that pre-arranged payment agreement would NOT debit my account and to cancel the policy agreement However, a simple it's canceled was not enough for me since they had all my personal information I requested an email confirming the cancellation of the policy agreement and in particular the payment transaction would NOT BE PROCESSED Management told me they could not and would not honor that request A simple what you've said on the phone could NOT be put in writing and sent via email just to satisfy me, but I was good enough for you to ask for my email address when I was signing up as a potential customerHUMMMMM!!!!!! I would NOT recommend this company to ANYONE After speaking to a rep and then escalating my concern to the head manager there was still no concern for satisfying the simple desire of the consumer They have all my information to include your banking and credit card info, but REFUSE to send email confirmation of canceling payment agreement Revdex.com Report complaints show known that fraudulent activity from this company via the use of consumer debit cards WATCH OUT!!!!!!!!!!!

complaint submitted by *** ***, Revdex.com Case ***Omnisure Group, LLC (“Omnisure”) is the payment plan provider for the vehicle service contract sold to Ms*** by *** *** Defense. As the payment plan provider, we are not involved with anything related to the payment or denial of claims, refunds to the customer, the sale or cancellation of the vehicle service contract or anything else related to the vehicle service contract itself. We strictly handle the billing and collection of monthly payments on behalf of *** *** Defense
Ms*** purchased the service contract from *** *** Defense, a third party marketer selling vehicle service contracts on behalf of Royal Administration Services; Royal Administration Services is the administrator of the policy.
Our records indicate that the down payment of $was collected directly by *** *** Defense and the service contract was cancelled prior to any payments being drafted by Omnisure
In an attempt to assist Ms***, Omnisure contacted *** *** Defense. It is our understanding that *** *** Defense issued a refund of $to Ms*** on September 15, For any additional information on the refund, Ms*** should contact *** *** Defense. Please find their contact information below:
