This customer spoke with a member of the fan club department ([email protected] as shown in the screenshot attached) which is apart of our company One Live Media

This customer was responded to on August 14th (per the screenshot) he was informed these tickets were non-refundable and that if he would like to give the tickets to another person we could transfer the tickets to another name since he may not be able to attendWe have also included a screenshot of
the terms of use stating no refunds, exchanges or cancellations will be accepted

This order has been refunded for the remaining amountAttached is a screenshot of the refundTypically we see the refunds reflect on the account with in hours but can take up to days to process

I am rejecting this response because:I am not letting this matter go until I have receieved my full refundI emailed a person named Ali about this about times and told him to cancel itThe first time I asked him was a day after I bought the merchandiseHe said he put in the cancel request but then it shippedSo I was lied to againIt is ridiculous how many times I have been lied to by this companySo when I reject the package and it ships back, how an I going to get my refund? I need this money back and I am sick of going around with this company and playing gamesI just want my refundIt was a simple request at the start and now it has escalated into all of this

I am rejecting this response because: the second screen shot said if I had any questions about the tickets to email [email protected]. Last week I became unsure if they were going to mail them in time. I emailed support twice, on Wednesday morning and Friday morning with no reply to either. We would not be in this situation if they would have given an effort to reply last week. I did not recall how long ago I purchased the tickets so I could not find the original email taking about will call. I was proactive in trying to verify how I was getting my tickets three days prior and then the day before. I feel like I was completely blown off by one media live as they did not reply three days after my first email. I'm not the only one, the internet and Revdex.com is full of testimonials of this company not replying to customer's repeated request for assistance. Horrible customer service and no reply to written requests should not have caused me to miss a show I paid for four months priorFor that reason I will demand a refund. ***

I do feel that the business has a lot of work to do in terms of adequately providing clear customer information and adequately providing responsive customer service It is mindblowing to me that they did not answer their phone lines for several days and they didn't return messages The only replies I ever got from this company were based on Facebook (public shaming) and Revdex.com My husband is disappointed that he's not getting the shirt he wanted, but agrees with me that service should mean something
