rejecting this response at this time because:I have had the same response via phone from low level representatives and all merchandise has not been received, nor has management contacted me on this issue. Thankfully, I received the signed guitar by UPS 12/19/2014, I never received a tracking number nor knew it was even shipped, so this was a pleasant surpriseWhile I am happy this arrived undamaged , the box was opened and slightly damagedI understand the box needed to be opened so the guitar could be signed, It should have at least been taped closed or sealed in some manner prior to shipping. I inspected the item and it is in good conditionHowever, I suggest you may wish to have a final qc before shipping to prevent any future customers from receiving damaged goods. I still have not received the following items that are part of the World On Fire Super Deluxe Bundle: - inch x 19 inch album art poster also personally signed by Slash- CD and 180g Vinyl copy of the World On Fire Album - Snowblind Tour t-shirt in size Medium - Slash webstore exclusive pint glass.While I understand that this is the holiday season and items are taking a long time to ship, the items listed above that have still not been received were supposed to be shipped within 1-business days of order placement on October 17th 2014, which is long before the holiday season. I would like the business to please send the items and contact me. This entire process could have been avoided if the business would have acknowledged the issue at hand and responded in some form with any valid information instead of ignoring the customer after multiple tickets were openedI will happily accept any resolution after the items have been confirmed as shipped with a valid tracking number, with a final acceptance upon receipt of goods. I would like the complaint to remain open until that time as I feel I will be ignored again if the issue is not visible to the Revdex.comThank you

Hello As of right now since my last response from the company on the 18th of January I have not heard anything about my order being shipped or the status of it. I did not accept or reject the last response because I wanted to give them time. This response of the warehouse transition has been going on for months.
