I visited the OneMain located in Morrow, Ga., My experience with the Manager and the staff was great! They all were cordial and very professional in working with meThe office is always clean and neat
I would recommend doing business with OneMain to anyone, and especially this branch!

I specifically said I did not want the insurance and the agent tried to convince me to take it and I still refused, then the charge showed up on my bill! I called the Santa Maria office and left a detailed message and no one returned my call Other than that my loan went well I still would like this resolved

In working with the my local One Main Financial, I was not very happy with the rep I worked withI felt he was dishonest in disclosing the additional fees he (tried) to add to my original loan amount requestI told him to forget it and the manager came over and removed the added services Once I have this loan paid off I will not deal with this company again
