Jeanine R.OpenSky Customer Care called me onceI called twice to get a call back after leaving two messages!!!! So I get an email from Jeanine Rand no return call so she does not have to speak with meWhy did she even bother to call in the first place???!!!!! SO UNPROFESSIONAL!! I will be posting this unsatisfactory service and unprofessional behavior ASAP!!! There may be satisfied customers, but I AM NOT ONE.

To whom it may concern
My name is *** *** ***ID ***, I am rejecting OpenSky *** *** response because they do not take responsibility for their mistakes, I been dealing with that company since March 11, of and now because I have involved you they are trying to hide their neglectI just faxed paperwork that shows that I have been doing way above what was expected of me, it is taken time, peace, etcI was a credit card holder, OpenSky was supposed to protect me from fraud and not making harder on me, after all the worked that was forced on me they still act as they did not make any mistakes, and because of that my credit score suffered and also myselfI would like for them to fix it the right way, start from removing that fraudulent report that they have on my credit report

This company presents itself like it is a credit cardYou deposit money, and they charge you on your own moneyWe have tried multiple times to close the account, and the company gives us the run around
