I am rejecting this response because: Below is a copy of the email dated Jan 17, 2017.First, why is OpenSky responding directly to me, when they should be contacting Revdex.com directly regarding this complaint?Second, Capital Bank/OpenSky still has not responded to my request that they provide me with a letter indicating that it was their error in the original credit report notification, regarding the March payment that I made. Third, Capital Bank/OpenSky still has not notified all credit reporting agencies indicating that they were in error for the past due report! the negative past due rating still appears on my credit report.As a result of their reporting error, my credit score dropped plus points and this has had a drastic effect with all future lenders.When I opened this account, I complied with all of the Terms and Conditions of Capital Bank/OpenSky, however, they has ruined my positive rating.I will await days for all of my requests to be madeAfter that I will escalate this matter.I await your response.*** *** *** *** *** *** San Jose, CA ***###-###-####
