I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  I hope that this type of incident does not happen again. The customer service rep whom I spoke with at my first complaint about the hardship closing my account had caused me was extremely unprofessional, and highly unhelpful. She told me there was absolutely nothing she could do and when I demanded a supervisor she informed me she WAS the supervisor and I couldn't speak with anyone else. She kept me on the line for an extremely long time arguing back and forth just continually informing me that I had no choice but to speak with her. As technology and times are advancing, you need to ensure you have appropriate customer service reps working for your company because they are the front image of your card. I was so upset I had vowed not to ever deal with this company again after the treatment this rep directed towards me. I am giving Open Sky one more chance but still have extreme doubts after the amount of disrespect I was given that night. Let's hope for a quick turn around and better service from here on out.Thank you for reopening my card and please understand that some of us middle class workers rely on the dollars we have put aside. This was a huge deal that really set my family behind... Thank you -

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  I finally received my deposit November 30, 2017. After waiting almost 3 months longer then they originally promised it was sent out. No interest for holding my money for 3 years or late fees gor the extra 3 months it took them. But im happy I have my money and I learned a valuable lesson. Thanks for your help.
