After further investigation, It was found that the funds in question did not clear the account, and subsequently no payment was made, sorry for the mixup. However, as stated, payment attempt was made, what has become evident is that for whatever reason your online payment system is not properly processing payments. On the dates in question, both payments were made using the same debit card where funds were available to be withdrawn. Your system returned the payments as "Insufficient funds available" and subsequently the opensky credit account in question was charged fees. This is contrary to the fact that funds were available on the dates in question, also after review of the checking account in which both payment were processed from, there is no declined transactional history on the dates in question, which suggest that no attempts to debit the account was in fact made. For your review copies of the bank statements have been attached to this response and will be forwarded to the Revdex.com.Thank you,
