I am rejecting this response because:The letter dated September 18, 2017 from the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency stated that Capital Bank agreed as follows “The bank agreed to delete the tradeline from your credit profile.” As of today, the tradeline still remains on the [redacted] credit report. Open Sky/Capital Bank in its letter dated June 23, 2017 stated “However in the interest of providing a positive customer experience, we have agreed to delete the tradeline. An AUD control umber has been filed with the three major credit bureaus to remove this account from reporting …” As of today’s date, they have not deleted the entry from [redacted] and have not complied with said request. I would like Capital Bank/Open Sky to honor their promise and delete the account entry from by [redacted] credit report.
