I am rejecting this response because:I was contacted and they refused to reconsider.  People should know what they are dealing with when they sign up for these services. Extremely bad customer service and it will negatively effect their credit.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted]. I find that this resolution is satisfactory to me, although Open Sky incorrectly stated in their response that "Although the account was closed, the card
had not expired."The card had expired in December of 2016, several months before the incident.However, since there is no balance in the closed account, and Open Sky said they updated the trade line to “paid as
agreed” with the major credit bureau reporting agencies, I am satisfied with their response. Thanks again,
