They miss represent their products. Fraud. Specifically I bought sheets described as bamboo, but was sent microfiber. After over a week of me sending emails including a picture and waiting several days for each response they said that the sheets were bamboo just"mislabeled.

I have had a cc with OpenSky for less than a year. I used my card for a gas purchase at a local grocery store and to my surprise later that afternoon, my cc had been used at 2 of the chain grocery stores in another city on the same day! This was during Thanksgiving week so I immediately alerted OpenSky customer service. They emailed me a form which looked like it was from the 70's to complete and fax back. I did all of that and monitored my OpenSky account weekly to see if the charges had been reversed. Not! It's not January very close to February and after calling today, the agent said that it would take 30 to 90 days before I would see resolution. 90 days for fraudulent charges?!!! That is was Visa's rule. I HAVE NEVER EVER HEARD OF SUCH A THING! Most legitimate companies/banks return your money while they are doing their investigations and IF they find that the fraud is non-existent they recharge you. In the meantime, I'm carrying a balance that DOES not belong to me and on my credit files. As soon as I can get my money returned, I'M closing this card. What a joke which is on me for not doing my homework on this company. Buyer BEWARE!!!

Hello, 
I advised the representative that it was thought to be a reputable business, but it was NOT.
That is when the representative advised me it was my responsibility to get in touch with them. They were under investigation for fraudulent practices and never honored my appointment and was unavailable for comment.  The representative made a comment about not being "[redacted]" and saying its on me. I recently responded to a complaint received by the Revdex.com (Revdex.com) regarding your account.
I reviewed your account and our records indicate that you spoke with one of our customer service representatives on 10/28/2014 regarding a billing dispute. During that call you indicated to us that you were familiar with the merchant; our notes indicate that you described the charge as a payment in advance of a doctor’s appointment. Based on your description this transaction would not have been considered a fraudulent transaction.
