final decision. In the state of Georgia, the criteria for approval is more stringent due to the higher amount of the loan offered. Hopefully, the customer will apply again in 30 days and we will be able to offer assistance at that time.

This same thing happened to me. I applied online, up until they asked for my username and password to my account? No way, am I giving that to anyone! I have never experienced any request like that before. The girl on the phone said you can change it to something else after we get what we need. I told her, no thanks I'll go elsewhere, and hung up. Then 2 more people called me right after to "finish" my loan? I'm feeling scared now, since now they have all my informatiion!

I have tried unsuccessfully on numerous occasions to reach the complainant. I'm sure once we have the opportunity to communicate she will be 100% satisfied with our solution.If you know of any other methods to reach her outside of the phone number on record it would be appreciated. I am rejecting this response because: there are a lot of hidden ifs ands and buts with this company. Its Misleading and False advertising. I dont wish to do business with this company. Avoid if you Can!!

We need to evaluate a lot of criteria prior to offering a loan, even for customers that have received loans from us in the past, including banking history.We encourage the customer to re-apply in 30 days and hopefully we can proceed...

I would've given a better review if the process wasn't backwards. I submitted a lot of my personal information thinking I was approved. I signed and read all the consents required. To only get an email afterwards stating I couldn't get the loan.

The company is very helpful, my mom speak Navajo and very polite gentleman whom help me translate to my mother, my mom needed the money for funeral expenses for a late nephew

I am rejecting this response because:The response from this business was merely an apology, however that does not rectify the fact that I received an email stating that I was approved for a $4,000 loan only to discover after submitting all of my personal information, banking account number, banking routing number, social security number and more information that this was indeed false. This apology does not fix the fact that this company approved me for a loan but then rejected me for this loan less than an hour later. This again is identity theft and can only be fixed by providing me with the loan that I was approved for.

This company is full of bs why say im approved ask for all my bank info just to say I'm not approved due to how I choose to be paid I knew something was up when they where taking out 2 of the same payments twice a month then I asked to have my info deleted the rep told me they cant and it would be held for 25 months incase id like to apply again but why would I apply if you all denied me before horrible business practices. I will be watching my bank account very closely.

My representative John was excellent! Answered all questions without me having to ask. Awesome personality.

It only takes less than 15seconds to win or lose a customers concern. I had a very simple issue, but guess what? nobody took the extra time because everything is automated, so I called and go the very BEST. Tamille turned my concern around very quickly and made sure all my questions were addressed. Well done Tamille, its because of you that I will recommend friends and family to your organization.

I dont believe this company is responding to problems or I called several times left messages with reps to have management contact me back no response ever..4 plus months after sending notarized complaint I got email back from legal with statement. I offered to pay this un authorized account off if they delete this from my record and discontinue any contact in the future after reviewing the estimated interest rate and outrage st  customer service record I have no other recourse  .....................
