The customer service provided by Charson was awesome. He was professional and efficient with my request and even called me back with a status on my loan. It was a great experience all around.

This has already been addressed and we will change the status as requested.

I am rejecting this response because: while they claim over the phone that they approved for $3500, all paper work sent to sign says $2000!  They also require you to sign ACH...

paper work to make the payment but refuse to put the payment in writing.  All we were provided was a verbal amount of over $600 a month!  On a $3500 loan!  We have declined the over several times but now they call text and email every 30 mins asking us to sign the documents!  AND they gave our into to 50+ other loan companies as we only applied with them and now have over 50 new emails everyday from other companies!  We will be seeking further action for selling our info against our permission and have already changed our bank account numbers since all our personal info was required.

Kelly was Great at solving and answering questions when I was applying for the loan

I just refinanced my Opploan and again they made it so easy. I worked with Charson and he was wonderful. Made sure that I was aware of payments, payoff..etc. This is the best company to deal with. My first loan was also fast and easy. I would highly recommend them and hopefully you get to work with Charson.
