payment of $199.54 was deducted from my bank account. I would like a complete refund of $199.54. I have been a great customer to you and would have continued to be. You have made thousands of dollars in interest off of me in the past year and a half. Please do not steal from me. I will not be satisfied until I receive a refund of the money owed to me.

I just spoke with the customer and was able to resolve this issue by offering the total loan amount requested. There was a technical issue on our behalf. Sorry for the miscommunication on out part.

him self contacted me and explained the situation & it was resolved.  My loan was granted.  The convversations between the two of us were very pleasant and supportive.  The funds have been deposited to my account.  I was informed by the Manager to contact him directlly if I incurred and problems at all.  I am quite satisfied.  Thank you for the opportunity to rectify the previous complaint.  You have my permission to delete the previous complaint.

Unfortunately, we are unable to fund prepaid cards. We can only service traditional checking or savings accounts. If the customer switches to a traditional account, we would be more than happy to provide service to this customer.

Pleasant experience online and on phn. This company offers reasonable and fair rates . I would recommend using this company over any other loan company.

IIt dies not answer any questions as to why my loan balance is as high as it is after paying on it for a year. My balance should be well under 1000 not 1730 after paying on it for a year. Plus why do the finance charges decrease?

We were able to resolve the issue and offer a loan to the customer.

I was what I believed to be finished with the application process and reached a great stumbling block! I immediately selected the "on line chat" option only to find she was a third party in the puzzle and couldn't offer much I remembered a phone number attached to the company, so I called. I got a very pleasant as well as helpful individual (John) on the phone not only answered my question but also assured me and walked me through to resolution! Very professional and caring. Thanks John.

We are willing to rectify the information with the credit agencies in regard to this account. However the customer revoked payments via ACH and we haven't received a payment since May 12, 2017. If the customer contacts us in regards to setting up a payment plan, we would be more than happy to assist...

in getting the loan paid off and their credit report updated immediately.Also, the customer will have access to the account portal with updated information once they make a payment.

While I do not agree that they made any attempt to reach me since I have no voicemails or emails from them I will say this matter is resolved. I am not comfortable giving them anymore personal information. They have my banking information that shows I have SSI payments on the first of every month and a part time job direct deposited every two weeks as well. They're requirements for the state of Ohio only stated that there needed to be an established bank account with direct deposits over 90 days.

At the customers request, we have adjusted the APR to 24%. This will be reflected on the next billing statement on 06/02/2018.
