I just spoke to the customer and this issue has been resolved to her satisfaction.

We have spoken to the client on Friday, September 16th and she seems to have accepted our explanation of the process. We will keep in touch with the client and attempt to develop a healthy and positive line of communication in the future.

It took about less than 10 sec to deny my request. I know I don't have good credit but really I hit submit and automatically get the denied screen. Seems fishy to me. Now they have my personal information, which I'll be changing! Do not apply, if it seems to good to be true it probably is.

Lance helped me quickly and efficiently get the money I needed today. This is my first time to use OppLoans, but so far I am impressed with their thoroughness and efficiency. The representatives are very concerned with customer service and being helpful to the customer.

Direct Deposit from the employer is mandatory to secure a loan from our company. The customers method of earnings is in the form of cash. We are not able to offer a loan at this time. This issue has been resolved. We were able to wire the funds to the customer on Friday, April 28th to his satisfaction.

I received an offer in the mail saying I was pre-approved then went online and submitted a lot of personal information just to get to a screen stating that "unfortunately we cannot provide you with a personal loan at this time."

Eve was so awesome in helping me especially after I had the most stressful day. She made the process easy and understandable PLUS her follow-up was right on-time.

Great news ! We were able to get our Underwriting Department to approve the loan application; and the customer will have his funds tomorrow morning.

Sorry we were not able to offer a loan at this time. Our underwriting criteria takes into consideration numerous factors in it's determination, such as # of inquiries, # of overdrafts, average banking balance, etc.In regards to keeping information on file for 25 months, it is a federal law to do so....
