This was the first time using OppLoans, it was an easy process from start to finish. Charsom was very helpful and answered all of my questions. I would recommend OppLoan to my family and friends.

I have corresponded with the client and this issue is resolved to her satisfaction. I believe you will be hearing from her in the very near future to rescind the complaint.

There was no name on the check that was submitted to OppLoans so we were unable to credit her account. Fortunately, we were able to find it this morning after reviewing this complaint. This account is now in good standing and we will wave any late fees or interest associated with this transaction.

I am rejecting this response because:I have repeatedly told the company I would never sign or authorize an agreement with this illegal interest charge and slickly packaged fraudulent activity I have called for 5 months only to get put on hold told several times a manager would call me back ,never happened. this is a criminal organization or if not they have found a way to take advantage of ill informed,please produce any docs ive signed also be aware ive already contacted consumer financial protection bureau ,keep in mind I openly offered to resolve this matter by paying off the loan I guess that is construed as weakness or guilt of involvement  maybe you misread the situation it will escalate up the chain with documentation if not settled or remove immediately   please reconsider you original offer before it moves beyond my control ive tried to help cleanup this mess..

I have attempted through phone messages and e-mail to assist this customer. I would like to resolve this issue by offering her as loan. Please have her reach me directly so I may assist in this matter immediately.

I believe the customer was reviewing the original contract of $2000. We specifically informed him via telephone that we made an exception and he was approved for the $3,500 he requested. There is no schedule with a Line of Credit. This was also explained. We only supply payment schedules for installment loans. For Lines of Credit, we include a payment illustration which provides the first two payment dates and amounts. This was also communicated via telephone. We do not sell information to other vendors unless the customer opts in after a denial and request other opportunities to secure a loan.
