I just wanted to write that Ibtihale [redacted] gave me such excellent service and she was very informative and helpful.

Seven payments were returned to us during the term of this loan (11/30/16, 12/15/16, 01/13/17, 01/31/17, 02/15/17, 06/13/17 and 06/28/17.) The fee's compound when not paid in a timely fashion. Again, we are willing to eliminate late fees and assist however we need for the customer to call in and arrange with us.

I would like to pass a (pat on the back) to Kelly for helping me get my application done and it was a pleasure to deal with a real human being that was very pleasant and helpful in getting to talk with him to get my loan approved.

Please note, Opportunity Financial, LLC is a state licensed installment lender. When customers borrow money from us, they are provided with and sign a loan agreement that specifically states the amount they will pay during their loan term. Unfortunately, there are times where customers do not honor their obligation to pay back their loan as set out in their agreement. It is our policy to always try and work with our customers to get them back on track. In this case, we spoke with the customer and worked with her to lower her payments for a reasonable period of time. The customer was satisfied with this resolution. OppLoans has been helpful, easy to maneuver and easy to pay back without putting me in a deeper hole than I came to them in. Customer service reps are very helpful throughout the process.

I was a little nervous at first because this was my 1st loan with OppLoan. Mr. Charsom walked me through the entire process and got me approve for the entire amount. He stayed on the phone until I completed my loan application. He ensured everything went smoothly. Mr. Charsom was very knowledgeable, polite and professional.

I filed my application online. At end I was told to call a number. I called and they said they just need to finish my application. They read my email address, phone number, and adddress in wrong numerical order. I corrected them and they said they would email me. 24 hours later no email. I called back and another female read all numbers back to me wrong. I corrected her and she read it back correctly. 72 hours later no email still. DONE. If you don't want my business say it or just say " Denied"

I applied for a $2500 loan through their company Opportunity Financial, also known as OppLoans. I was told I was pre-approved for the amount I had applied for. After giving them my banking information (for some reason including online banking login information) and social security, they take you to the contract page. The first contact page is essentially you agreeing to your payment method, direct deposit or check. The second page, and the actual legally binding contract, is several pages long, and the actual part that pertains to how much you are borrowing and the repayment plan is on the very last page. There are sections before you get there that require your signature. DO NOT SIGN until you view that last page. In my case they had actually approved me for $1500 and expected bi weekly payments for 13 months of $187. Because they set the loan for 13 months instead of 12, I would have been subjected to the lovely annual interest rate that they set at 198%!!! My total cost for my credit would have been over $800 on a $1500 loan. Unless you are in dire straits and can pay back the loan before that annual interest rate hits, I would seriously reconsider dealing with them.

I contacted the customer and explained that the minimum monthly income in the state of Georgia required for a loan is $3,000. In her application, she entered $2,000 as her monthly income. We do not pull a credit report when income requirements are not sufficient for a loan.

I worked with OppLoans and got approved for a good amount and payment plan. My credit is not the greatest so I was so happy that they were able to work with me. Jessica stayed on top of my application the entire time. I was able to get approved in about an hour from submitting my application thanks to Jessica!
