I had applied for a loan today and was unsure if my uploads for my paystubs had gone through. Jessica R. went above and beyond to provide exceptional service and looked into the questions I had. I appreciate the efforts she put in to see if they could increase my loan a little so I could help out a family memeber in a crisis. She is definitely an asset to your company!

We were able to meet the request of the customer and offer a $3,500 loan as requested.

I will reach out to the customer during business hours to clarify our preapproved marketing criteria and see if I may be able to offer a solution.

Customer was auto-denied due to lack of direct Deposit from his employer. That is what he informed us in the application. Direct Deposit is mandatory in our underwriting policy. It is the preferred method to assure income. However, we would be willing to make an exception on our behalf if the...

I tried applying for an OppLoans loan for an unexpected car repair and was "pre-approved", within a few minutes of being pre-approved, I was denied, with no reasoning of course. I have a good income, good banking history and decent credit so I am not sure what happened here but it is misleading to "pre-approve" people without actually screening the application first. It is a waste of time and sensitive info ends up in your hands!!! Went over to Lendup.com and was instantly approved for the funds I need.

Unfortunately, the last two payments to our company were returned NSF. The only additional charges incurred were for late fee's and NSF fees . If the customer reaches me directly, I am willing to remove the late fees and get her back on to her agreed upon payment schedule with no penalties....

Our Underwriting criteria demands 30 days history of Direct Deposit from employer to bank account. In the case of verifying this bank account, we only can observe the last payroll deposit to be on November 1st. If the customer can provide proof of deposit on the last two pay dates, we may be able to...

Ibby with OppLoans was fantastic to work with over the phone. She ensured that she collected and confirmed all of my banking routing and accounting information. I previously experienced an error which resulted in a one week delay. Working Ibby at OppLoans she was able to get me approved and payment routed to the correct bank account within one day. Ibby's customer service practices and demeanor should be noted exemplarary and used as an example to follow.

Rubi was very helpful. I had problems with signing in, even with trying to update password. She was able to work out the glitch so I could complete my loan application. She went above and beyond what I expected. She's very pleasant and patient.

As mentioned, customer has never made one payment towards this outstanding loan balance of $4,000. We would be willing to settle this account for $2,600 immediately if he contacts us. We have not heard a word from this customer since September 27th, 2017. We have tried several times to contact to no avail.

For the privacy and protection of all our customers and as required by federal and state law, prior to discussing or releasing any customer information to a third party, our office must first receive an original signed and notarized written statement from our customer granting us permission to disclose specific transactional information to the Revdex.com.
Opportunity Financial was very surprised to receive this correspondence, since the customer did not voice her dissatisfaction or concern when we spoke to her on the phone. Please note that when we do contact our customers, we make sure to only contact them at the phone numbers that they voluntarily gave to us. That being said, Opportunity Financial did recently communicate with the customer and was able to resolve this case in a manner that is satisfactory to the customer.
