I placed a order back on July 23rd, 2016, my order # ***I have sent messages regarding my order and out of the only have been met with response from Joshwhen I log in to look at my order it says it has been shipped and when I contacted josh he assured me I would be receiving a tracking number for my order it is now August 23rd, All I want is my orderIf this gets resolved I will all to happy to leave positive feedbackBut this is now getting ridiculous and I wish I saw the shipping reviews before I place my order, I even messaged Joshua last night regarding this and with out contacting me closed out my ticketThis is not how you do business

On 08/25/I placed (2) separate orders, I received conformation from Opsgearaccording to their website the orders were fulfilled and my credit card was chargedI have repeatedly contacted Opsgear's customer service, I was told they were backed up with filling ordersI let some more time go by and still nothing, no shipping notice , no delivery no nothingI sent a email to their CEO, David B***, He informed me it was being handledStill nothingShame on me for not checking their reviews, if I had I would never have trusted them with my businessThey are abviously a sham of a company that prays on US Veterans

I am very disappointed with the service/shipping provided by OPSGEARI placed an order days ago for basic in-stock merchandise, and not only have I not received the shipment, it took days to receive the coveted email confirming shipmentRegrettably, OPGEAR tracked the shipment to JamaicaWhen the order was placed I was OCONUS, and sending the items to an APO addressI have rotated CONUS, so I doubt I will ever receive my shipmentI have been in contact with OPSGEAR personnel on several occasions (3/29, 4/3, 4/4, 4/20, 5/and 5/15), and always receive a very polite excuseOn 5/4, I submitted an honest review on OPSGEARS website and within minutes I received an email reply, with a phone conversation shortly thereafterDuring the phone conversation, I requested to cancel the order (which I had never received) and have a full refund to my credit card; OPSGEAR personnel agreedRegrettably, I have waited 11days for the refund to be processed

I placed an order over three weeks ago and am yet to receiveLast week I emailed to cancel the order and instead get my money back but I’m yet to hear from themThey constantly post on their Facebook so if they have time to post I’m sure they have time to answer emails or process refundsThey have many complaints with customers stating they are encountering the same issue I am

I am Mr***’s secretary, and have been involved in trying to get this package (a Christmas gift) sent as quickly as possible
Here is an outline of what occurred:
Dec5th, Mr*** ordered the item and requested it be sent to his address in Italy
I have a DPO address at the American embassy, and I told him it would most likely arrive earlier if sent there, so on Dec6th, we requested the address be changed
On Dec7th , I sent another e-mail asking that the package be shipped ASAP, as it was a Christmas gift
I have sent various e-mails asking about where the package was, to no avail I called on several occasions, and they put you into a voice machine loop, where you leave your number and they are supposed to call you back I was never called back
Finally, Mr*** received a message stating that the box shipped December 20th, that is to say full days after it was requested it be sent immediately, because it is a Christmas gift

Ordered product over weeks ago and I have not received it I've called and emailed several times with no progress Last email, I ask for a refund & nothing is happening

I placed an order with OpsGear on May 13, I paid for my items in full when I ordered them and received confirmation that my payment had been sent and received But after a week or so, I had not receive notification of shipping On May 24th I wrote OpsGear and inquired about my order The response I got was that they were having trouble with that line and my items would ship within the week I still did not receive a shipping notification within that week time frame I tried emailed OpsGear more time and did not receive a response I then placed a phone call to OpsGear and the recording said that due to high call volume to leave my name number and message and they would call me back I have not been contacted I sent OpsGear another email on June 13th demanding a refund I did receive a quick response from OpsGear saying that I would be contacted immediately regarding my refund I have not been contacted by OpsGear as of this writing

ON June ,I have made purchase of 1x G.IType Poncho Liner - ACU Digital Camo for $each and 1x G.IType Military Rip-Stop Poncho - ACU Digital Camo for $each from OPSGEAR.com via internet that I need it for my military training I was going to conduct at July 10th ,2016.Around July 5th I made several attempts to reach out to customer service via phone and submit ticket inquareing about my order #*** and shippement
I havent recieved any e mails regarding my order nor I was contacted by Opsgear customer representative.My credit card was charged for the amount of $USD on June 15th,2016.I left voicemail atbtheir customer phone line requesting my ordered being cancled and ask for reimbursement for my order.Every attemp has failed to contact opsgear customer support sio far

I placed an order on june by mistake I immediately canceled it after it was placed I contacted there customer support for a refund since it still came out of my credit card they said a refund was going to be issued but it never happened it has been well over a month I have sent many emails and called them several times they keep responding with an email saying that my refund will be issued so I waitied for well over weeks and I have yet to still receive it I just want my money to be returned

I place an order with this company on August 11, and I have only received one item from the companyThe order was for itemsI have contacted the company multiple times via phone, email, and their online customer service featureI did not receive any resolution as to when the remaining items would be sentMy final email to the company on August 30, asked for a full refund within hours and this has not taken place

I put in an order for one of their products on the 28th of April, "last month" and they still have not shipped it yet
