I ordered a product as a gift to another person Found out a day after purchase someone had already procured item Contacted seller, as product had not shipped, and asked for a refund Several attempts made via phone Online inquiries contacted someone named "Joshua" and was assured of a refund Asked for a confirmation number and email verifying refund None was received Nearly three weeks have passed and no word from the seller

I have made two purchases with this company, order# [redacted] on Julyand order# [redacted] July From order [redacted] I received one out of four items from that orderThe other three were on back-order for two weeksFrom order [redacted] I received six out of eight items from that orderThe other two items still have not arrivedNow I emailed them about both orders on july 20th and they replied to me that they were sorry, they had issues with a supplier and that is would be monday july the latest to ship out the items from both ordersThey also said that they can not ship UPS with a PO Box address, but both orders were set up to ship UPS and they shipped the other items US Postal service with my PO BoxSo right there tells me they were giving me the run aroundSo the email I Sent july 20th I stated that I wanted a refund on the items from both orders they have not sent yetJuly 21st a customer service rep named Amy emailed me that they received my email about a refund and that they would

It has been weeks since OPSGEAR received my returned item (Return #: [redacted] ), and still no refund ($81.85) has been received I have sent/received multiple emails from "Joshua," and given "Lisa's" extension (x***), with which I have left messages (there is no person to speak with at that extension), but OPSGEAR simply won't provide me with the refund I was told via email on 2/25/from "Joshua" that my return was received, and "The Refund process can take 3-business days to full process." On the 8th business day, I again called "Lisa" and had to leave a message, and emailed "Joshua" explaining that no refund has been received I sent another email to "Joshua" on 3/8/2016, and received an email back from "Joshua" the same day saying "This has been pushed to the attention of the billing department and they will get that taken care of right away for you," but still no refund has been received As of 3/12/2016, no refund has been provided

David B [redacted] and ops gear is a scam artistStay Away I placed an order with OPS Gear worth over $300, after payment I received an email confirmation right awayI later was told that one of my items was in their warehouse and needed to wait till it arrived at their store/mailing locationI waited weeks and then my items were shippedWeirdly they send you all your order confirmations and tracking through facebook chat, even customer service is done that wayI checked my tracking number and it mentioned that my item was delivered, even though it wasntAfter countless emails to Joshua ( ops gear customer service rep) he refused to help me in any way and wouldnt refund or replace my orderI had to contact my CC and file a disputeDo Not Order from these people, customer service is not in their vocabularyThey don't care about you, just want your money

Not sure what is wrong with this company They must drop ship alot of things and have very little to no real ability to know and/or to communicate stock status or shipping status or back order status to their customers with any degree of accuracy This results in many orders being botched They also do NOT answer their phones or return phone calls When they do reply to a supply inquiry or a shipping question their answers are cryptic and lack specificity

On April I ordered from Opsgear the Same day I received a shipping confirmationOn my account on Opsgear site it says my order has been fulfilled yet I have not received a tracking number of that orderI have attempted to contact via phone and email several times on May I requested a refund I still have not received products or my refund

Placed an order online on 7/21/(order # [redacted] ) for one product with a total price of $with freightOn 8/I called the provided support phone number and left a voicemail asking for an update on my orderOn 8/I sent an email asking for an update on my orderI received a reply from Joshua ([email protected]) on 8/saying; "Hi [redacted] , I do apologize for the delay, I can get your order canceled right now for you, but if you would like us to ship this Carrier out right away we can do that."
