On June 6th, 2016, I purchased an item online from the retailer and with the understanding that it would be shipped in a timely fashion for the $I paid for shipping The item didn't show up after two weeks so I contacted them to cancel my order for a full refund They agreed The refund was never deposited back into my account and they have not returned any of the phone calls, or any of the dozen or so emails I sent themThey still have my $and refuse to resolve this in any way

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:The item was ordered on Dec5th, and the address was a correct address in Italy Changing it to a APO (DPO) made the delivery, essentially, domestic, NOT international mail (I routinely order things from the US and have it sent by USPS, and NEVER EVER has it taken more than weeks to receive something Usually, things arrive within a week).When we decided to change the address, on Dec6th, I wrote and asked if it was possible to change the address to an APO, "in order to speed up the delivery" and followed up with an e-mail on Dec7th stating "It would be very much appreciated if the package could be shipped immediately, as it is a Christmas gift." Only on DECEMBER 20TH did Mr [redacted] receive confirmation that the package had shipped! That is FOURTEEN days from the date the change of address was requested.I did not say Mr [redacted] should be refunded I said he should be COMPENSATED for all the trouble and embarassment caused by your company taking FOURTEEN days to get the package shipped But you just continue to deflect You have no regard for your customers or their problems Shame on you Sincerely, [redacted]

As others have stated I was charged for my products and since then they have not shipped it I have communicated with them and after several phone calls and emails I have been given the run aroundI have filed a fraud complaint with my credit card company and in currently disputing the charge steer clear of this company
