I placed order OG- [redacted] with OpsGear through their website on 4/26/for a single piece of clothingIt's been days since I received the order confirmation e-mail message, but have yet to receive any shipping or tracking info I also spoke with a `Josh' to inquire about my order status on 5/08/Josh told me that I should receive a shipping confirmation e-mail by the end of last week (5/12/17), which never happened I have left multiple voicemails and have also e-mailed their `Support' group, but have not heard anything back whatsoeverIt seems clear to me that my inquiries submitted via multiple contact methods are purposely being avoided My experience certainly has a strong appearance of fraud so I'd like for the Utah Revdex.com to assist me with either getting the garment shipped to me immediately or to have the order cancelled without any penalty to myself

I order a gun case on 2/7/and I have never received the product that I paid forI have made a number of phone calls and send multiple emails but only to receive and email saying it would be delivered shortly, it has been month and I am being ripped offI have now read multiple complaint stating the same thing with same company, but that does not change the simple fact that I've bought and paid for a product that I have never receivedI would just like to get my money back! I have already order said product from a more reputable company, so I'm no longer requiring anything that they have besides my money

I ordered a pair of boots from this business, and after 5 emails and several phone calls, I still have not received them. All of there emails back to mee seemed computer generated because they all said the exact same thing.

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: while the company provided a UPS tracking number, UPS still does not have the package in their possession according to their web site Until I receive the package and ensure that the items ordered are in the condition expected, I will not be withdrawing the complaint Just creating a UPS packing label does not mean that the item has shipped as they have claimed Sincerely, [redacted]
